Shipping policy
Once your purchase order is made, it takes up to 5 working days to process ready stock order. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, we will send you an email confirmation along with your tracking number.
If you have any question relating to your order, please DM us on our IG @poshpalletstraps or email us at hello@poshpalletstraps.com and provide us with your Order ID and delivery address.
Kindly note that: -
- Import duties and customs are not included in the price at checkout as these charges will be collected upon the parcel reaching its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We unfortunately have no control over these charges, but you may check with your country's customs office to determine these costs;
- In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to customs related issue or an unattended recipient address upon arrival of orders, etc., there will be no refund of delivery fees. Additional delivery charges may apply should re-shipping or rescheduling of the delivery is required;
- Delivery fees are non-refundable in any event.
PoshPallet reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the site.
