Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@poshpalletstraps.com. Kindly provide us:
- Your name (per invoice)
- Your email address used to place the order
- Your contact number
- Order ID
- Clear photo of the item received. Show the condition of the item, and the PP engraving logo as a proof that the item is purchased from PoshPallet
- Reason for the request
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@poshpalletstraps.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For leather strap, we will NOT accept returns if the strap is damaged / scratched / stained / water-damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item instead of requesting a refund, please contact us at hello@poshpalletstraps.com. Similarly, you will need to provide us:
- Your name (per invoice)
- Your email address used to place the order
- Your contact number
- Order ID
- Clear photo of the item received. Show the condition of the item, and the PP engraving logo as a proof that the item is purchased from PoshPallet
- Reason for the exchange
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will pay the price difference if the exchange item is priced higher than the returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@poshpalletstraps.com.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible to bear 2-ways shipping costs for any refund / return / exchange requests.
PoshPallet reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the site.
